Notice for Annual General Body Meeting of the Old Boys Association, SSKZM

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Body Meeting for the year 2022 of the Old Boys Association, Sainik School, Kazhakootam will be held at 10:30 HRS on Saturday, the 18th, June 2022 at Sainik School Kazhakootam.

  1. To read the Notice convening the Meeting
  2. To read and adopt the minutes of the previous Annual General Body Meeting Held on 19 December 2021
  3. To Adopt the Annual Report of the Managing Committee, the Audited Balance Sheet and Income & Expenditure Accounts for the period ended 31st March 2022.
  4. To Appoint Auditors for the ensuing year 2022-23
  5. To conduct the Elections for Executive Committee and appoint Office Bearers for the year.
  6. To finalize the dates of next reunion and AGBM in 2023
  7. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair
